📏 Stick to the recommended dose

Taking more does not make it work faster. Follow the daily dose indicated on each pouch, taken with a large glass of water. For formulas with 2 capsules per day, you can take them both at once or split them between morning and lunch.

🔗 Combine intelligently

Several Instant+ products can be taken together, but avoid accidentally doubling up on the same nutrient:

• Instant+ Biotin and Instant+ Zinc both contain zinc: choose one or the other
• Instant+ Marine Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, and Vitamin C all contain vitamin C: combining two is reasonable, but there is no need to take all three
