Burn & Fit or Burn & Cut: which one to choose according to your goal?
Have you decided to take control of your silhouette, and are you hesitating between our two formulas? Burn & Fit and Burn & Cut do not have the same role nor the same method of intake. The right choice mainly depends on what holds you back on a daily basis: hunger between meals, or the need for more global support during your rebalancing.
At Pure Lab Nutrition, we want to help you make an informed choice. Here is what distinguishes our two formulas, how to incorporate them into your day, the mistakes to avoid, and an essential reminder: no supplement replaces a balanced diet and regular physical activity.

Two formulas, two approaches
🌿 Burn & Fit: supporting your fitness goals
A formula based on plants and vitamins, designed to accompany your fitness and well-being goals on a daily basis. It is taken during the day, in two capsules: one at breakfast, one at lunch.
🥗 Burn & Cut: promoting satiety
A formula based on vegetable fibers and plant extracts, designed to promote satiety and help control appetite. It is taken 15 to 30 minutes before main meals, with a large glass of water, so that the fibers have time to act. To understand this mechanism, read Natural appetite suppressants: how fibers and plants help with satiety.
🔬 Fibers and appetite: what research says
A systematic review published in 2011 in Obesity Reviews (Wanders et al.) gathered randomized trials on dietary fibers, appetite, and caloric intake. So-called viscous fibers (pectins, beta-glucans, guar gum) reduced appetite more often than low-viscosity fibers (59% of comparisons versus 14%). But the effects on caloric intake and weight remained generally modest: fibers are a boost, not a solution on their own.

Which one should you choose based on your profile?
🥗 Burn & Cut if…
- your main obstacle is hunger between meals
- you tend to snack at the end of the day
- you have trouble feeling full after a balanced meal
- you are comfortable with the idea of drinking a large glass of water before each meal
🌿 Burn & Fit if…
- your appetite is mostly under control
- you are looking for global support during your rebalancing
- you prefer simple intake, twice a day, without the constraint of timing before meals
- you are resuming physical activity and want to structure your routine
🤔 Two concrete cases
Claire, 38, eats a balanced lunch but consistently gives in around 5 PM and raids the cupboards while preparing dinner. Her hurdle is end-of-day hunger: Burn & Cut, taken before lunch and dinner, fits her situation better, provided she also plans a simple snack (a piece of fruit, a yogurt) if she is truly hungry.
Thomas, 45, has no snacking problems, but wants to take up running and rethink his plate after a sedentary period. He is looking for an easy-to-follow accompaniment: Burn & Fit, taken at breakfast and lunch, naturally integrates into his new routine.
A typical day with each formula
| Time | With Burn & Fit | With Burn & Cut |
|---|---|---|
| Morning | 1 capsule at breakfast | Capsules 15 to 30 min before breakfast if it is one of your main meals, with a large glass of water |
| Noon | 1 capsule at lunch | Capsules 15 to 30 min before lunch, with a large glass of water |
| Evening | Nothing to take | Capsules 15 to 30 min before dinner, with a large glass of water |
Always follow the distribution indicated on your product label.
The keys to success
✅ A balanced diet, rich in vegetables, proteins, and fibers
✅ Regular physical activity, ideally including muscle strengthening
✅ Good sleep and stress management, which affect appetite and the urge to snack
✅ Proper hydration throughout the day
✅ Reasonable goals: gradual weight loss is more sustainable
The ANSES also warned as early as 2011 about the risks of weight-loss diets followed without supervision, particularly the frequent weight regain after the diet. To go further, read Natural fat burners: what really works and Weight loss: which supplements can really help?
Common mistakes
❌ Taking both formulas at the same time
Adding products does not double the results. Health authorities explicitly recommend avoiding the combination of several supplements with the same objective. Choose the one that corresponds to your main obstacle.
❌ Forgetting water with Burn & Cut
Fibers need water to play their role: without a large glass of water, the formula loses its benefit.
❌ Relying on the supplement to compensate
A supplement does not neutralize a very rich meal or a lack of activity. It supports a process; it does not replace it.
❌ Judging after three days
A cure is followed over a full month, with regularity. To know what to expect, read How long does it take to see the effects of a supplement?
Precautions
The ANSES advises against supplements intended to reduce body fat for children and adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and people with cardiac, renal, hepatic, or neuropsychiatric problems. They also recommend not combining several supplements and talking to a healthcare professional, especially if on treatment.
Follow the daily dose indicated on the label and read the list of ingredients before starting, especially if you are sensitive to certain plants.

❓ Are these formulas suitable for vegans?
Yes, Burn & Fit and Burn & Cut are both vegan.
❓ How much weight can I lose?
No supplement can promise a figure. The result depends above all on your diet, your physical activity, your sleep, and your starting point. Be wary of any product that announces a specific number of kilos.
