The ideal time to take magnesium varies depending on your wellness goal:
- If you are taking "Instant+ Marine Magnesium" for stress reduction, to increase your energy level, or to relax your muscles, it is advisable to take it with a meal, either in the morning or at midday.
- If your goal is to improve the quality of your sleep, it is best to take "Instant+ Marine Magnesium" in the evening, just before going to bed.
At Pure Lab Nutrition, for better effectiveness we advise taking magnesium supplements slightly outside of meals (but not far from meals) so that the amino acids (example: taurine) are not pre-digested and erased by the other amino acids in the diet.
We recommend taking magnesium at the same time every day, on a regular basis. As with all dietary supplements, consistency is key.
