We generally recommend starting with 1 tablet (assuming that one tablet is equivalent to 500 mg of spirulina) of organic spirulina per day for 2 to 3 days and then taking 1 additional tablet every 2-3 days until reaching 4 to 10 tablets per day, depending on the type of treatment you are following.

For optimal intake, the recommended daily dose for athletes is 8 to 10 tablets (or 4 to 5 grams).

How to consume spirulina in tablets?

It is advisable to spread the consumption of spirulina well throughout the day, before or after meals. If you have to take 4 tablets per day, you can for example take 2 tablets before each lunch and then again 2 tablets before dinner.
